Operation steps of hydraulic universal test machine
Open total power,checking the power supply voltage in the range of testing machine,then the power is connected with testing machine.
Open the testing machine switch,and then open the pump switch,checking the test machine is working normally or not.
Clamp for clamping sample,first, clamp one end of sample,second, make fixture adjacent the pointer to 5-10 scale. 
Adjusting two clock dial pointers of the testing machine at beginning of starting scale,clamp one end of the sample,and then make sample longitudinal axis and the upper clamp and lower clamp center line coincide,and let tight suitable in order to prevent the sample slipping or breaking in the fixture.
Open oil inlet valve so that the pointer per second walk a scale is most suitable, after Fs value, turn up the oil value,then shut down oil valve after the sample breaking off,open the oilout valve at the same time and record the Fs, Fb value.
 After removing specimens, close the pump switch, then turn off the power switch, then the power supply and test machine disconnect.
After the tests finished, wipe the machine clean with towel, and record the test results.
